Shipping policy

Nothing we sell is physical, so nothing is shipped. Every product is a digital file delivered over the internet.

How delivery works

Your download link appears on the order confirmation screen immediately after payment, and is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is automatic and normally takes less than a minute.

Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges of any kind.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. A digital file has no delivery area — though our products are written for people working and job hunting in India, and are priced in Indian Rupees.

If your file does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder and search your inbox for “AI for Work”. If it still isn’t there, email easylife.byhks@gmail.com from the address you ordered with and we will send the files directly.

A failed download is never a reason to lose what you paid for. If we cannot get the file to you, we refund you.
