Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital file, delivered in full the moment your payment goes through. You have it immediately and we cannot take it back.

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because delivery is instant and complete, there is no window between purchase and delivery in which an order could be cancelled.

What we do fix

This is a no-refund policy, not a no-responsibility policy. Write to us and we will put any of the following right, including by refunding you where that is the only sensible remedy:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Your download link never arrived, or the file will not open or download.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is materially not what this website described it to be.

Email easylife.byhks@gmail.com from the address you ordered with, with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Where a refund is warranted it goes to your original payment method and usually lands within 5–7 business days.

Decide before you buy, not after

We would rather you did not buy something you will regret, so we have made it easy to check first:

• Every product page says exactly what is in the file — page counts, file formats, what it covers and what it does not.
• The Free AI Audit costs nothing. It is a real product, built to the same standard, with the same voice and the same kind of prompts. Read it before you spend anything, and you will know what you are buying.

If something about a product is unclear, email us before you order and we will answer honestly, including telling you when it is not right for you.
