Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of products sold by AI for Work. By buying or downloading anything here, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
A licence to use a digital file for your own personal or professional use. You may print it, keep it, and use its contents in your own job search or work.
2. What you may not do
You may not resell, redistribute, publish as a download, or repackage our files, in whole or in part, or use them to build a competing product.
3. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
4. All sales are final
Because delivery is instant and complete, orders cannot be cancelled and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Duplicate charges, failed downloads, wrong files and products materially not as described are dealt with under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. What we do not promise
Our products are guidance and templates. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, an interview, a callback, or any particular result. Hiring outcomes depend on your experience, the market, and decisions made by people we have no relationship with.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration or career-counselling advice.
6. Third-party tools
Our products refer to AI tools operated by other companies (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and others) and to platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of them. Their features, pricing and free offers change without notice.
AI tools generate text that can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything you put your name to — particularly any figure, claim or credential on a resume.
7. Accuracy and updates
We verify what we publish and date it. Where we update a product after purchase, existing buyers receive the updated version at no cost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Pricing and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added at checkout and no tax invoice is issued — the price shown on the product page is the total you pay. If our registration status changes, this page and our prices will be updated.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Godhra, Gujarat.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
